Georgia Fowler is going to indulge in a banana Nutella crepe after the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The 24-year-old New Zealand-born model has been working to be cast in the prestigious show for the past five years. Models picked to strip to their underwear stick to a rigorous diet and exercise regime to ensure they are in the best shape of their life when they strut their stuff on the runway. So when it comes to her first post-show meal, Georgia is planning a calorific treat of the most indulgent variety.
Asked during an interview with Stylecaster what she’s planning to eat after the show, Georgia smiled: “Probably a banana Nutella crepe!”
Georgia will walk alongside Victoria’s Secret Angel veterans such as Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima in the show in Paris, France, on Wednesday night (30Nov16), as well as new faces including Kendall Jenner and Gigi and Bella Hadid.
Getting the news that she had made the cut for the show sticks in Georgia’s mind as one of the most eventful times of her life, and she admits she struggled to control herself when she heard the happy announcement.
“I was ecstatic! I still can’t even put it into words or explain the emotions, I was in shock, burst into tears of joy, and am still emotional thinking about it!” she giggled. “I have dreamed of being in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show since I was a child, and grew up with Angels plastered on my diaries. So to be walking in the show with the likes of Angels like Alessandra and Adriana is going to be such a pinch-me moment.”
In order to get lean and toned for the show, Georgia has been mixing up her workouts and increasing the frequency of her sessions in the gym. Among her favourite exercise methods are boxing or spinning, with the stunning brunette admitting she wants to do “everything in your power to be your best!”
“I always put on my VS workout gear first thing so I have no excuse not to go for a walk and get to the gym from whatever errands I’m running,” she said. “I will work out with a trainer, or do SLT, boxing, yoga, spin, or my own sculpting exercises. But my trick is to mix it up every day so you are working new muscles and don’t get bored!”
