JADE Thirlwall has been travelling all over the world promoting Little Mix’s latest album Glory Days.
And the 23 year old was caught on camera during a French interview looking more than a bit distracted.
Jade Thirlwall glanced around nervously in the video clip.
She struggles to focus her eyes on anything around her and snorted her nose before fanning herself with her hand.
Jade posted the video on her Instagram page with the caption: “When the jet lag gets to you.”
“I need help,” she commented on the video shared with her 2.6m followers.

But Jade inadvertently sparked concern about her health with the post.
“Her eyes almost went to the back of her head,” one worried fan commented.
“Do you really need help boo?” another asked.
Meanwhile, after helping to write the break-up anthems on number one album Glory Days, Jade’s band mate Perrie Edwards has admitted to becoming something of an agony aunt for young fans.
“I’m like an agony aunt. I feel amazing, I can’t get enough of it,” she told the Daily Star.
“So many people approach me at nightclubs saying, ‘You changed my life, I’ve never felt better’.
“Or, ‘I got dumped two weeks ago and your song makes me feel great’.
“Guys too have told me they put the song on repeat to help them.”
And Perrie isn’t the only one dishing out advice.
Jesy Nelson – who recently broke up with her fiancé Jake Roche – has admitted girls ask her for advice.
Glory Days is a love and heartbreak album,” she said.
“Now women, older women too, randomly come up to tell me their problems. It makes you feel good.”
