THE X Factor star Honey G has faced rumours she’s an “actress”, but now her own family have been accused of “seeming fake”.
Honey G was voted out of the show this weekend, finding herself in the sing-off with band Five After Midnight.
As the live audience members shouted out at the judges with who they wanted to stay, it’s been reported that Honey G’s family were far from vocal.
Even the rapper’s X Factor mentor Sharon Osbourne spoke up for her as Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger prepared to choose which act to send home.
Standing up she made a plea to the judges to keep Honey G on the show, something the act later praised her for.
But according to The Mirror, a source told them that Honey G’s loved ones and friends didn’t seem “bothered” about her being in the bottom two.
While audience members shouted out, the source claims that Honey G’s crew “sat silently” and looked “blankly” while the sing-off went on.

The source went on to sensationally claim that it was as though Honey G’s support were “random people” who had been “hired” for the show.
They said: “If that was my family member whose future in the show was hanging in the balance, I’d be screaming my head off at the judges, shouting for her to stay, but they just didn’t even seem like they were that bothered.
“They just sat there silently like they were watching the snooker or something.”
The source continued: “You’d think they would have been shouting at the judges, begging them to save Honey G, but they just patiently sat there waiting for the judges to make their choice.
“I was watching them with a friend and we just thought they seemed so fake.
“Everyone thinks Honey G is fake, and it was like she’d hired these random people to sit in the audience and pretend they know her.”
The source went on to say that even though her family joined in with her performance, there was something “odd” about her loved ones.
“During Honey G’s performance, they all seemed to be enjoying it and sort of joined in, but something just seemed really odd about them,” they added.
They went on: “During the ad breaks and VTs and everything, they sat there staring blankly forward, they weren’t chatting to each other or anything.”
The source added: “It was very strange. I don’t know what it looked like on the telly, but from where I was sitting it was like they couldn’t have cared less whether she made it to the semi-final or not.”
Ahead of the weekend, The Xtra Factor Live host Matt Edmondson revealed the truth about Honey G, sharing backstage secrets.
The TV presenter insisted Honey G was the real deal, revealing that she was a “lovely lady” and was not an actress.
He said: “She’s a lovely lady, very nice but totally believes she is the next big rap sensation.”
Matt added: “She is exactly as she is on TV in the real world, it’s not an act. If it is then she’s Daniel Day Lewis because she’s kept it up for weeks.”
